Any good Strategies for Training Camps in FOF?

is default the best way to go for best results?

I've always wondered about this as well. Does anyone do anything very different than the default? Anyone notice any tangible differences in player development?

I have seen the number of injuries and penalties affected by training camp settings.

I haven't played fof in a long time but I always jacked up the 'injury prevent' part of the training camp.
