It may speak of masochism more than anything, but I want to make the University of kentucky the greatest football program in the country. Clearly they suck right now, but does anyone have any long-term advice on how to improve the program? How do I recruit good players? Should I concentrate on being excellent in one area, like great corners and safeties, or strive for gradual improvement throughout the team? Any and all advice appreciated.

LINE PLAY! Seriously when I went to Hawaii, (and believe me hard place to recruit) I went after guys that would improve my line, and when that improved I was slowly able to get better players at the skill positions. My pipeline states were Hawaii and Cali so I was able to get a little more 3* recruits to start out with. After I had a solid base in Cali, I moved up the West Coast getting Washington and Arizona has pipeline states. Still working on Oregon. But starting out I would say go after getting a solid line.
