Trouble with TCY

I was thinking of dusting TCY off and starting to play with the college football season under way. When I put in the disc though, I get "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose "Close" to terminate the application.

Anyone know why this is happening?

I'm trying to put those in, but it says can't input the file

Is this correct to be putting in:
expand D:\i386\config.nt_ c:\windows\system32\config.nt, or am I missing something.
