C.V. Help

A friend of mine is applying for a job and is currently stuck filling out the application form, so she sent it to me to take a look at. Normally I'm great at this kind of stuff, but there is one part that is just terrible and I'm struggling to come up with anything decent. Basically she has to respond, in a paragraph, as to why she meets the following requirement:

"Demonstrated ability to take ownership of area of work and approach tasks with a pro-active problem solving attitude."

She's applying for a job as a sort of social care worker (well, close enough), is young (22), fresh out of university, where she got herself a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in sociology. So basically what I need to just crap on for a paragraph and lie about how awesome she is, you know, like we all do on every job application

Now why am I doing this? Well, I'm pretty keen on this girl, and this will win me some brownie points, so if anyone can help a brother out here I'd be most grateful!

Hah... You might like to know that I e-mailed her back saying that I asked some people I know and got your response above, and she replied with a blank e-mail with the subject line "Guys who do what I want - GET NOOKIE".

Between this and the sleep talking thread, you're doing quite well today

To tie the two threads together, this is actually the friend who was mentioned in the dream. She's not as hot as the friend that is in no way attracted to me, but beggars can't be choosers. Unfortunately (or sometimes fortunately) she has a sense of humour that rivals mine for depravity, so a promise of nookie must be taken with a grain of salt I'm afraid...

Sounds like my best friend. She has me edit all her papers, but I have gotten a *lot* of benefits from it, including a few that have saved my neck when I've been in hot water.

You need, of course, to impress her with a paragraph that is both cocky and funny!

Quote:
During the course of my studies at the University of Hard Nocks I was placed in charge of the department's sociological study group. Mice normally can not go through a maze in a fairly expedicious amount of time. However when you run a slight electrical current along the walls of the dead ends and place a small amount of water in these areas, certain mice will start to avoid the increasing numbers of dead mice. Eventually the smartest and fittest mice find their way to the end! I feel that this can be applied in social work with your organization. After all, what are we in social work for if not to help those less fortunate to attain a higher place in society. And by using these principles, I feel that many lost souls can make it through the maze of life!
