Anyone notice this tactic before? Today was my first time -- it seems that it increases the chances of special events happening.
Sorry if this came up before -- a cursory search returned nothing, so I thought I'd start a discussion on it. I wonder if I missed the discussion here if I also missed an HT announcement? Seems this is a sort of big thing, being a match tactic and all.
