e-license shocker - fast, quality support

I was impressed...I have left my old job, and had to do a Fresh OS install at home, so I needed to reset my licenses, almost same day service...I was quite shocked.....

Wohoo....now I can play FOF and TCY anytime, cause it is installed on the laptop now...

I've never gotten any other type of service from them, even on Sunday.

I have contacted them twice about licenses reseting in the last 3 years, both times it only took one email and a couple of hours to have the licenses reseted. I must admit i love their service and the hability to unlicense/relicense their games, for what i have read, the other companies who offer copy protection for games don't allow you to unlicense them, if you waste your licenses, you lose the game.

Same experience here - alwasy very quick and very helpful. I know some people have posted about bad service - but I have not had any complaints with them.

I had an error 31, unable to uninstall license before I left last Monday to Kansas City. I emailed them and on Sunday they gave me another license.

Ditto what most say, elicense has top notch customer service.
