OT-if youre grammatically challenged, you need one of these!

'

An apostrophe. Dig it.

You + are = You're.

Something that belongs to you = your

Ex's:

You're going to your house, right?

Is your car still parked at the place you're working these days?

Are you sure that your nickname doesn't have anything to do with the fact that you're grammatically challenged?

All intended with the utmost good will

Yep...apostrophes are also used to denote letters that have been removed for abbreviated words. Hence, "Ex's" for "Examples".

If an ex of mine started asking questions like this I might start reaching for the restraining order...

W't.

(ETA: Non-standard contractions are generally too open to misinterpretation to be considered correct usage. As long as we are going to be pedantic grammatically, that is. I don't care either way, just explaining my little jab).

Generally, this is true, but for obvious contractions it's no big concern, and "Ex" for "example" is common. The Romans were much worse about such things. And I'm minted to validate pretty much any usage I decide on these days.

(No worries...grammar police friendly-fire incidents tend to be amusing ones in which to participate)

Drafting centers in the first round? The weekly "who starts under center" dice roll? Trying to convert guards into cornerbacks?

What things do you do in IHOF incorrectly?
