FOFC PokerStars Colossal Squid #33, Sun. Oct. 9th 9pm Eastern

It's that time again! This time I'll make sure the amount I want to bet is correct before hitting enter...

Also, I might not be paying 100% attention. I won a seat in the $500K weekly tourney after placing in a qualifying spot in the $3 rebuy tourney last night. Hopefully I will still be around in that tourney by the time ours starts.

I'm a maybe. I have a parent's meeting which will most likely prevent me from making it. But if they don't talk too much, and traffic is good, then I will be there.

Little one hour to go bump...

For those who are interested, I'm still alive in the $500K weekly tourney at PokerStars. We just started the 3rd break, and now we are in the money. Not sure how much longer I can last. The blinds after the break are $1/$2K/$100. I'm sitting in 268th of 321 with $9900 in chips.

woot, still alive at the first money bump. $379.32, at least, coming my way. Not bad for a $9 investment.

woot! next money tier. $442.54. Gonna need a lot of luck to move further. I'm about to be knocked out by the blinds. Have had a run of horrible cards.

out in 210th spot, out of 3161 that entered. Good for the above stated $442.54. Had a shot at a flush on my last hand, but it wasn't to be.

Yep, I hate when that happens when the blinds are like that.

Do you still need a transfer? If so, PM me and I'll get ya set up.

I would if I was not clearing a bonus at AP. The good news is PS just announced a reload bonus.

grats cartman, and did anyone read the reload offer followed by the reassurance that pokerstars money is always available and in a segregated account? Brilliant. what party did was not a bad business decision for them I am sure, but Stars is damn brilliant.

I've been unhappy with my game, and that's an example. However, as I figured it, I had pot odds of 4-1 and would win there 1/3 of the time. Since I had you covered I made the call even though I figured you had me beat on an Ace high flush.

Well it seems quite fitting that the person collecting my bad beat bonus collects it because of me. I had offered a bounty for anyone who was a 2/3 or more favorite when the money went into the pot, only to be sucked out and knocked out of the tourney. Indoor's made flush verus my set qualifies and the money has been sent.
