A Little Bit of Bragging

Several people have taken the time before to display some amazing things that have popped up around the MP leagues, and now it's my turn to pimp my guys.

FOFC regular mhass joined the NAFL last season and began doing NAFlustrated, a great magazine that covered the inside news (directly from the GMs) of our league. Well, he has truly outdone himself this time, and I wanted to share it with everyone.

This is in .pdf so it will launch Acrobat to read it:

This is his 2007 NAFL Season Preview Issue. I know IHOF had a great one at one time, but keep in mind this is a one-man project by mhass. It's stuff like this that keeps NAFL going.

Bravo mhass!

I hope you guys enjoy it.

that is very, very well put together. excellent job mhass.

you might want to improve the font of the "draft day diary", if you want some friendly advice. if you'd like help creating a more flashy magazine cover/template, don't feel shy to ask. i designed the "IHOF Monthly" magazine cover and they still use it till this day, so if you wanted something with a little more "pizzazz" or whathaveyou you know where to find me.

i really like how you did the layout - it looks exactly like a magazine.

for a one man effort, it's pretty impressive.

Hell, that's good for a multiple person effort. None of this "one man affort" crap

Now, if you can create a template to make it easy to do each edition, you're gold.

NICE work...

As a "vulture" at IHOF before I became an owner, I know how much work it takes to put stuff like this together so this is truely impressive imo..

yup, for a one man production it's really on par with some of the other media material from other league's that i've seen. the layout, again, is fantastic. the reader isn't bombarded with info - it's very sleak and flows easily. i'm eager to see what it looks like once he modifies it over time.

The previous issues do a better job of showing off the collaborative effort that makes it fun to read. Nearly everything in the previous ones came directly from the GM's themselves. They really bring the realism and insight to it. It's not really fair to say that it's a one-man effort.

You completely missed the point. I'll let somebody else clue you in.
