SpamBlocker - Free???

With my new CPU I am ditching Norton Internet Security due to the fact it is a huge resource hog... I have found freeware replacements for most of the purposes that NIS serves except for spamblocking... That is actually one of my favorite features of NIS and I really need a good spam blocker that integrates into my Microsoft Outlook...

Any ideas??? Any experience (good or bad)???
