I need an honest opinion......
Which game is better, Puresim or OOTP?
And why? Thank you in advance. |

I don't have enough time with PureSim but I have always been told that it depends on what you are looking for. Multiplayer is best with OOTP. I haven't been able to really 'get into' a single player game with OOTP like I used to with the FPS games. I thought that was more of PureSims' strong point, but that is just going by memory of what I heard. Don't make the decision based on my opinion.

I'm sure that if you try a search you'll find several 100's of posts detailing various opinions of each. Might be the best way to go, though some of the info would likely be dated.

For me the main difference and for whay i preffer OOTP is because the financial model and minors systems. It's way more deep in OOTP and i enjoy a lot managing my whole club, promoting minors into the different teams, having to think about my strategies about salaries, rule 5 draft, minor FA, etc etc that is not into Puresim, at least in the version i have tried. For me, OOTP is better if you like to play with a real MLB world, with actual rosters and rules.

OOTP, not only is it better but it delivers the most realistic results.

Try them both for yourself. I think they both have free demos.
