Longest time as a lurker...

Just wanted to say hi to all on the board, and yes, I believe I have a shot at the title of being the longest lurker who has yet to post frequently on this board...I actually started visiting fof.com when tony announced on the high heat boards that he was turning over moderating to chubby, and was going there...but, now since the board is fresh, my cookies to sign in are working, and I had a minute to look at all the games the guys here have convinced me to buy (Medieval, Basebal Mogul from SkyDog's old Brewers dynasty, TDCB, all in addition to the fof's and TCY), I figured I may as well voice an opinion or two here...So cheers guys, I've enjoyed listening to you all for this long, and I look forward to the next 7000 QuikSand posts

Thanks for coming into the light, but I have one question...you've been listening to us for this long and you don't HATE us?

I guarantee that was the hardest thing to do .posting for the 1st time to be read by great posters and join the ranks. Welcome to the club...I too have been a lurker since the old days and have marveled at the changes and discussions in the last board and the board before that . Seeing great posters now when they were wet nosed rookies ...until one day I had the courage to register and post and become a poster .

Wow. You HAVE been around a while. I think I have that one printed out and in a notebook somewhere. I still remember CF Eric Stamper fondly.

you see, I would hate you guys, but if I did and never came back, where else would I get such great advice as Horns' methods of meeting women??

Guess I'm just stuck then

Dave Dial.........American Pie............

The only game I have been convinced to buy so far is Europa Universalis(by dynasty of Anxiety, damn you).

But I have to say, Hornsmaniac, you crack me up. I mean your ways to pick up women are fantastic. Keep us updated!

Now that I've cracked and made that admission, I wonder if I'm only a couple of steps away from wanting to tongue-kiss Jaromir Jagr and give Bobby Clarke a blowjob.

I thought Horns website dealt with only 486 processors? If you are in the mood for some serious Kung Fu fighting then game on!

All Commodore, Atari and Tandy owners welcome!

bbor, I refuse to read any CM topics until I can officially whoop ass at Puresim.....The damn teams keep beating me even though I have had the best record in the league 5 years in a row.

I also love baseball and dont paticularly care about soccer. But I think CM will at least open my eyes to a world I am unaware of.

Last time that happened was when my brother gave me a Zima and it worked out ok............

bbor, last time something since Zima opened my eyes was the curse of hookers in Toronto. I can not see that again!

I throw pennies at them and they get upset. I am simply trying to help out the needy in any way.

I forgot to mention CM as well...I hated soccer as a kid, but around the time of CM 99/00, I heard so many threads about how great the game was and sure enough I was hooked. I can't believe I forgot to mention that before...lol...thanks bbor
