FM Injury Question
I just had an injury to one of my players and I had 3 options. I had give injection and miss 5-6 months. I had send to physio for 3-4 months. And I had sent to specialist for 2 months. To me, would there really be an option for sending him to the physio as there is no real usefulness. I guess it's not so much a question as wondering if there is a difference other then the length

Is this FM06? I don't have that one yet, but I've never seen the 'injection' option in FM05.

With regards to this, just for kicks (since it was near the end of a season), I left one of my players with the physio instead of sending him to a specialist. In the player's information, though, it says that he's at a specialist. So I dunno.

What Pumpy says sounds shady, but I think the premise is that the specialist costs more money to do.

Specialist cost more money, physio is generally enough, but I have seen this one in my game several times already

Ah, for a team with deep pocket books, it's no big deal then?

Specialists cost money but can (sometimes) cure recurring injuries and it will often take less time for a player to come back to training from an injury if he recieves specialist treament.
