First of all, nice logo. You know what you need, more stamina on your midfielders. I'm not sure why you are playing so much FTW, I would only do that if your center attack dominates their center defense or if your center attack is nowhere near as good as their center defense. You are going to have twice as many center attacks as individual wing attacks.
