Thumbs up Hurricanes beat the Tar Heels

I know that most of last year's team has left, but in consecutive games the Canes have beaten the 14th and the 20th ranked teams in the country. Maybe they play the round ball game in the ACC as well.

I went to that game and just got home. Ugly game, but the Hurricanes have some monsters on the inside.

Are they still playing football after the Peach Bowl?

Good game Miami. UNC is going to have some letdowns with this freshman dominated team, and I think part of that game was UNC's failure to run good plays in the last few minutes to get good shots, but Miami came up big.

all even now, big win for UNC, I didn't expect it on the road against a Miami team that's been playing pretty well.

The last two games have been killers for the Canes. Now they are looking at three of the last five on the road against BC, Duke, and Maryland. Plus two tough home games against Va Tech and FSU. They are going to need a strong run in the ACC tourney to make it to March Madness this year. I really think this may be the year that Roy Williams "proves" that he is a great coach.
