Double Exposure blackjack

I know this game is a loser, but for awhile it wasn't at the local casino, offering regular blackjack rules with the ability to see both cards of the dealer...huge advantage to the player (they only did this at certain times, and word got out so they quit when people would get there at 8 am when they would play this from 10 am to 2 pm.) They did this because they take a fifty cent ante and have to give back the players pool (actually, they keep 10 percent for running the games, per state law).

Anyway, they now run double exposure again, but with vegas rules (BJ pays 1:1, pushes lose). However, they do allow multiple splitting and you can double on anything (except natural 21) (and split, then double). Anyone know the house take on this loose-rules double exposure game?

The closest I could find to the rules you laid out is the following:

6 decks, dealer hits soft 17, double on hard   9-11 only, double after split allowed, tied blackjack wins,   split up to four times. House edge of 0.68%.

In a regular blackjack game restricting the players from doubling any two cards to only 9-11 adds 9% to the house edge. I can't see why it wouldn;t be the same here. So the house edge on the game being spread in your area should be 59%.
