Ok, I came across this thread via the WrongWay banning thread...as a former collector of Playboy, I have to say that it annoys the hell out of me every time I see dumbass media outlets saying that some celebrity is going to become a "playmate" or a "centerfold". No, no, no, no, NO. Celebrities do NOT become playmates. They have celebrity pictorials, and that's it. Playmates are the ones who are given the title "Miss June", etc, have the data sheet (if they still do that, it's been a while. I hope they haven't gotten rid of it.), and...the CENTERFOLD. Only the playmates of the month get centerfolds. NOT CELEBRITIES (Shanna Moakler would have been the closest to a known quantity as a former Miss USA, but this doesn't really count). So JLH or any other "celebrity" that is featured in the magazine will not be a centerfold. They do the same thing with college specials too - local paper reports how the local college is all in a tizzy because three of its girls were playmates. WRONG.

I think the last time I looked at a Playboy was around 1987, so I'm not certainly no expert.
