Missing a W-2

The company I am missing a W-2 from has since filed for bankruptcy and is no longer. I haven't received the 2005 W-2 for employment from January 2005-March 2005.

I did recently buy a place and move addresses, but I have all my mail forwarded to my new address. I thought if you don't get your W-2 by the end of january, something is wrong. Who do I contact if I can't call the company?
