He seems to be a pretty good pass blocker. He's 100 in pass protection and he hasn't yet scratched the surface of his potential.

So, instead of a future sxcout rating, he has the number 1536 instead. That's what I can gather from the very complicated graphic.

Sounds like a bug, though one I haven't seen before. Perhaps a result of some tinkering with the game files? I fail to see what else this is -- how do you reach the conclusion that this may evidence cheating?

Well he didn't have this rating during the draft or during Free Agency....
So I was wondering when and how this so-called bug ....showed up...

I tinkered with a local game file just now and made something similar happen. Doesn't mean anything now - the rating is way out of range, no real idea whether someone edited that to happen or if it happened because of some odd bug.

I can't say one way or another if there's cheating going on. Only the commissioner or the person responsible for hosting the league file could cheat in that manner. And that's such an obvious change that I'd doubt anyone with much intelligence would try it. The game would interpret this player as having a 100 rating in that category anyway - the ratings are capped as they're pulled from the data file. There's definitely a corrupted bit of data there. Never been a bug report of that kind before, though. I think it probably is a bit translation error from the upload process. There's also a player on the Chicago team with a similar error in his salary. Given they're both 3rd-year players, I wouldn't be surprised if those errors are very close to each other in the player file

I don't think this is a bug, but rather it's simply Maximum Customization, Baby. You want a player with 42 times the highest pass protection any mere mortal has, you can get it here. This guy looks at the Nose Guard and he turns into a pancake.
