Pardon my ignorance...
Is she for real yet or are these CAD-style versions of what it's expected to look like?
Either way, reminds me a bit of Camden Yards (which isn't a bad thing).

If those are CAD pics, I'm way behind on technology.

Well, I'm assuming they're the real pictures, but I've seen some darn impressive stuff in my line of work and those shots aren't out of the realm of possibility.

That is a hideous field. Just looks like every other field out there. You know what it needs? A flagpole in center field!

I am going to be making a trip up there at some point this year to check out the new stadium. I will be leaving LSG at home.

Or at least have a swimming pool. Or maybe a giant sand box.

Really nice stadium, I hope Miami could provide one to the Marlins so they would forget about moving and also the Dolphin's stadium wouldn't have the ugly sand diamond during the football season.

It actually could use a railroad track running through it.

Yeah, no kidding, so, instead, the Royals and Chiefs have that ludicrous plan that's out there now to be voted on in a week and change.

Very nice stadium! What you have to do though is completely botch the design so it becomes such a hitters park that it becomes a joke and really inhibits your team from signing any serious pitchers.

Can ya tell I'm bitter

I don't get it. Where is this?

Seriously, Those bottom 2 pics looked like there were gulls on the field. Sandbags man...just sandbags.

dola:

Looks smaller. Is it safe to say that the new stadium is in the parking lot of Busch stadium? I have only been there once and judging by the arch, I would say it is close to the old stadium.

Also...didn't Busch stadium host both football and baseball back in the day? Weren't the Cards playing there? I can't remember. That would explain the smaller seating capacity. I know parks are going smaller these days but I thought that during the series' in the 80s, the Cards didn't have a problem filling those seats.

Put down some hasharks and endzones and we've got something interesting.

As much as I hate the team and city and people and... well, you know, that view is really nice with the arch and whatever that capital-looking building off to left field looks like. Reminds me a lot of Petco when I visited last year.

It looks good.. Kind of reminds me of Cincinatti's new field for some reason. Probably just the red bleachers and new look.

Well maybe you should change your city name to Missouri City!

Or maybe you are asking the wrong state, start asking Kansas for state money!

I know when I lived in St. Louis, that Cardinals fans always tripped me out, because even during the midweek, with people still having to go to work, they fill that ballpark up.

I wonder if folks with a military ID will still be able to go into games free through the press gate like you could at old Busch.

They just had a ticket sale for an "open" house at the new stadium. They sold all 60,000 tickets in like 2 hrs. Unreal. No wonder owners try to make as much $$$ as they can the first year a ballpark opens.

I'm not so sure we're a lock for the division as many are saying.

I was thinking maybe it needed a ridiculously short left field so the Cardinals could steal games on BS homeruns in extra innings just like the Astros do.
