College Years and FOF

Do you get much of a cohesive feel playing these games in tandem, or do drafts just make random players from college better/worse?

Also, Does College Years have any non-college specific features that improve of FOF?

TCY players seem to primarily translate to FOF based on their TCY ratings, not their statistical performances, and the ratings weighted a bit toward future potential. In practice:

Let's say that Soph ILB Jim Johnson was rated 50/98 in TCY. However, he was a part time player because his team played a 4-3 and there was an 83/83 Senior playing in front of him. Johnson gets mad about his playing time, and leaves early. Johnson would likely show up in the draft class as one of the best 2 or 3 ILB's, despite never starting in college, because of his high talent level.
