It Can Happen Tomorrow - TWC
I guess TWC is doing a series on catastrophic events. So far they've done a F-5 tornado in Dallas, an 8.0 eathequake in San Francisco, and a Cat 3 hurricane in NYC.

I'm guessing there won't be a big hurricane in New Orleans episode...
