Open-Source CD Burning
Couldn't really find a good answer on Google, so I thought I would put up to the great viewers of FOFC, where no question (almost) goes unanswered! Anyone know of any good open-source programs for CD burning? I am looking to install one here at work for a co-worker and we want to avoid having to buy a program like Nero. Just quick and easy. Anyone? Bueller?

Deep Burner. It's free, and it even burns iso images. I've used DB exclusively for about a year now with no complaints.
You can also get Deep Ripper for mp3 files. http://www.deepburner.com/ |

I've used CDBurnerXP for the past year or so and it's worked perfectly. I've burned music and isos on CDs and DVDs with no problems.

Antmeister's list is always the first place you should check. CDburnerXP as well as some others are on that list. |
