Icy,

How are you and your wife doing?

You've been popping up in some of the other threads, and that's a good sign, I think--but I am sure that you and your wife must be finding it a struggle to get through each day.

Just wanted you to know that you and your wife are still in everyone's thoughts and prayers here.

(And Toddzilla, too. Toddzilla, if you read this: how did that memorial garden turn out?)

Hi, thanks for asking. This is like a rollercoaster, some days you are high, some you are so bad and want to only cry. We visited a psychiatric and he said that we are not into a depression and we don't need any kind of drugs and that is a good sign. Thankfully we are surrounded by great friends and our families and we have always people phoning us and visiting us at home. My wife's friends are taking her daily for a walk, shopping etc so she doesn't have time to think a lot about it and that is helping her a lot. As you can see i'm also back to forums, to online leagues etc and that brings me fun and distraction too, also my job and running a few miles daily are keeping my mind busy most of the day. We are also travelling every weekend, we loved to travel before and we thought we wouldn't do it for a long time with the new baby so we are doing it now. Tomorrow we are leaving to the beach for a week, my wife is not back at work yet and i can work anywhere with a notebook and an internet connection and that is a big help as i can be the whole day with my wife or travel without problems.

The worst are the nights when we are alone, also our neighbour had a baby 3 months ago and we hear him crying some nights, that is really hard but of course it's not our neighbour fault. We see babies everywhere now, but its the usual after a disaster like this. Time will heal us slowly, but what will really heal us will be to have a new baby, hopefully soon once my wife's body recovers from the labour effort, we both are decided to try it again once she recovers, we are 30 years old, still plenty of time to have more kids, none of them will replace our dear Celia, but it will give us the happy experience that we were looking for.

Thanks again for asking and for keeping us in you thoughts and prayers.
