Multi-Player Commissioner Advice

Can anyone give me any tips / advice on what I need to do in order to start a new multi-player league & be the commissioner?

Also, how do I edit player files, so I can add the 2006 draft picks?!

I'd recommend checking out the reference thread stickied at the top of the General Discussions forum. There are a variety of good Commish-related threads there. Then, you probably would want to search and sort through some of the other discussions here on FOFC. You'll undoubtedly find great stuff there.

Other than that, I'd recommend perusing some of the sites of the current MP leagues. You'll get great ideas just from seeing how other leagues do it.
