Coach Gameplanning

Got a few questions about letting your coach make up the gameplan. Does the gameplan change each game, depending on your opponents strengths and weaknesses? And does the coach take you own players strengths and weaknesses into consideration when making the gameplan (i.e. if your secondary is really good and man2man but just average or below at the rest, will you see your defense play more man2man than anything else?). And does the coaches ratings have any effect on his gameplanning? If so, what coach? Thanks in advance.

I think the general consensus is "no effect whatsoever", with a few outliers that say it has a very small effect.
