Play to win rating
Anyone know what this actually does in practice? My QB is very good, but has an awful rating in this catogory, is it worth worrying about?

Hard to say with certainty, but elsewhere in the game, it is labeled as "Wants Winner." I think it is nominally the player's preference in what sort of team he signs with when contemplating contract offers. I have no idea if there is any connection to on-field performance, though.

I have heard opinions that it may mean he could bottle playoff games, also that he will be more happy to renegotiate for the good of the team. Bit of a mystery then...

I seem to remember reading somewhere that it also affects their willingness to play through a minor injury
