Wouldn't this be cool (Jim G related)

If Jim were holding off on the release of his new game to coincide with the release of Madden to possibly hinder sales for EA. A lilttle EA justice?

Could have the opposite effect...

I don't think anything hinders Madden sales.. well, not anymore since Sega was taken out of the equation.

I think the reason for the outcry is that it would certainly hurt Jim's sales more.

Yes. I fully believe Jim is planning ot release his game on the same day as Madden. FOF will then fulfill it's unavoidable destiny as top selling video game of all time, and Funkmaster Flex will make the soundstrack for the next one, and ESPN will have a show about a FOF-multiplayer league called "Front Office Nation", and NFL players will be playing FOF in the locker room, and Jevon Kearse is at this moment doing a photo shoot for the next cover.

I heard from my cousins-brothers-girlfriends-moms best friend from high school, that this game is definitely coming out on the same days as Madden. She told me to mark my calendar and that this will be the greatest day that mankind has ever witnessed.

Question.....Will someone, someday, make a text based football sim that sims both NFL and NCAA? If Jim can make TCY and FOF, then it must be possible to combine both to make the mother of all sims.

This is my dream, but why make a two in one when you can make twice the money selling them seperate?

Is it possible? Yes. Does it make sense economically? Absolutely not.

Re: a combo college-pro game

It's easier and more economically feasible than everyone assumes. Just make two stand-alone games that can "plug in" to each other. It would also had the advantage of being a great advertising tool--want to accept that job to coach in the pros? Click to upgrade for only $20!

I'd like to go high school-college-pro myself. It's why I'm still dreaming DR will become reality.

Yes. Sell the pro-game and have the college game as non-interactive. Then, pay an extra $25-$30, and the college game is completely playable.

Can someone please do this already?

on an unrelated note, I delayed the release to youtube of my video showing me lighting my farts so that it will coincide with the premiere of the new pirates of the carribean movie. Suck it Johnny Depp!

That's a relief. I was NOT looking forward to that particular fight with my girlfriend.
