Could someone tell me is "fair" better or worse than "average" on the coaches assessment card? Sounds like the same thing to me, but I guess one is better than the other!

Secondly, when you change coaches, does this affect team cohesion?

Average is better than fair.

I am pretty (95%) sure that changing coaches does not affect cohesion. There is an easy way to check, though. Record your cohesion. Save the game. Fire and hire a coach. Re-check cohesion. If the coach change affected it, your cohesion will have gone down.
