So I'm pissed....

Really, Really, Really pissed. The schedule at work is set where I usually work Friday and Sunday 3rd shift and my real life longtime friend works Saturday 3rd Shift. Well this week he absolutely needed Saturday off, so we traded Friday for Saturday. Well, now the piece of shit calls in sick tonight, sticking me with the entire weekend. Not to mention I was already on the schedule all next weekend b/c I got the 4th off.

To make matters worse he isn't at home. I'd be willing to bet money he's too drunk to go to work tonight, and after I get a shower I'm going to find him. He's picking up one of my weekend days next week in exchange for a week day. This is bullshit, you don't call in on traded weekend days unless you are dieing. I had to call and cancel my plans for tonight over this BS. I'm never trading with him again, ever.

That's a cool "real life longtime friend".

Maybe he should stop causing problems.

Crappy.
I say go on the web and sign him up for all kinds of free samples--perhaps of Metamucil and enemas.

Nursing, our hospital has enough nurses to make all 3 8 hour shifts instead of 2 12 hour shifts. The shifts are 9:30 PM-6:00 AM, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM, and 1:30 PM-10:00 PM. The half hour overlap is to allow us to report off to the next shift person. But, yea, abnormal sleeping hours to say the least. And I'm about to go find him.

I could easily grab a handful of enemas and leave them somewhere with his number so they call him to pick them up. Although I may lose my job over that one.

I never knew you were a nurse, very cool.

Yeah, of course you could grab them and do that, but then he wouldn't be on the MAILING LIST for those kinds of things. Gotta think long term evil.
