Free Audio/MP3 Editor?
So I'm trying to trim .MP3 files to shorter lengths and convert them to 192k for use as ringtones... can anyone suggest some freeware that can do this?
Thanks... |

I use wavepad and Qualcom's "Pure Voice Converter for Windows". If you happen to be a Sprint user here is all the information you need.
