Best breakfast sandwich?
Too many to name all of them, just the popular ones. Obviously, Egg McMuffin could also be Sausage McMuffin, etc..

you guys don't have the egg/bacon/cheese bagel at McD? That one is my favourite, very tasty.

I remember those. I hated them because everytime you took a bite, the bagel squished everything out of it. You ended up having to eat everything seperate, which defeated the purpose of a "sandwich". |

What he said. Honorable mentions to any breakfast sandwich from Waffle House, as well as their breakfast wraps. Their lack of convienience (relative to fast food options) keeps them from being a more serious contender. A worthy runner-up mention goes to Sonic for their Texas Toaster line of breakfast sandwiches (which are happily available any time of the day).

Crossan'wich is the best IMO, but honorable mention to the McGriddles and Chik-fil-A Chicken Biscuit. I wish we had some of those around here.

We're finally getting a Chick-Fil-A here in Kansas City. I don't care if it is 40 minutes from my home, it's going in the rotation. |

I'd get these right by work 2 for $2 until they closed Hardees. Grr. After that I switched to McD's version, with an occasional steak egg & cheese bagel. I'd rank both behind a sausage egg and cheese croissan'wich though (but BK would be cold by time I got in, and it's not as cheap). Back when I could have sandwiches anyway...

that was my fear the first time I had one but I gotta say they must have softened the bagels around here because they are quite good and easily eatable as a sandwich... FM

If you can get someone with half a brain working at Hardees, and that of course is a remarkable feat, the Frisco Breakfast sammich rocks. Of course for every one good one i get, i get 10 assembled by fucking idiots, who either don't grill the bread, or don't make it right. So I rarely get to enjoy the sandwich/don't go there very often.
