It's Pokerstars. Just as likely to be idiocy as anything else.

It does look a little suspect, but I think you need more evidence to conclude it is chip dumping. It's possible it was just a mis click. It also may have just been a bad play. You have a preflop reraiser who smooth calls on the flop and check raises all-in on a very scary board. The folder may have just decided that his hand was no good and it wasn't worth another 600 chips despite the size of the pot. He also might have been just tryiong to steal the pot with really bad cards and decided he didn't want to show what he was stealing with knowing there is no way his hand is good.

It's certainly suspect looking, but I would probably want to see another example of it before I reported it.

Everyone assumes just because you are pot commited you should always make the call. I agree with this most of the time, if you feel you have outs. But if he missed on the river and couldn't beat trip kings, its still better to save those 500+ chips. What looks more suspect than the fold, is the attempt at isolation preflop. With a hand like Ace-King, Miv had plenty of money already in the pot to justify an all-in, but he elected a minimum reraise again. The only hand that would make sense to let others stick around would be KK or AA.
