Its a league championship game, so its a competitive league and game...it doesnt sound like this is a rec league, so you try to win. You can't treat him differently, or you are giving his condition as much power as it itself holds. The boy is trying to be normal by playing, you have to treat him as such. If it makes me cold-hearted, so be it

Its a cool story. I wonder how damaging it was to the confidence of the pitcher to not be able to throw to a supposedly good player.
