Civ4: Total Realism Mod Questions

Has this mod turned off the ability to change production to culture/money/science? I ended up producing everything in each city and then producing workers practically every turn because I couldn't change production to science, etc. That's pretty much a game killer for me.

Also, if you don't discover a religion (other than Judaism), can you still make it your state religion? There were four civs that discovered religions before me but when I finally researched them, I wasn't able to make them my state religion.

I have installed the latest patch so I'm not sure what's up...

Thanks.

When I played another game of Civ recently, I looked at this mod very closely, including reading that large thread about it. I concluded that it probably wasn't for me for the reason that it appears to be a kitchen-sink approach and towards the end, they were adding more stuff to it. Therefore imo, it does not appear to be balanced which Civ4 delicately tries to do it (and succeed for the most part). Instead, I went with the Civ4 Gold 2.0 mod and had a lot of fun with that since that did not upset the balance of things.

Thanks for that. Civ4 Gold 3.0 came out September 10th so I'll give it a shot.
