problems accsessing a .jsp page

This isn't going to be a thread where I claim to know more than my tech guy, because I know nothing. But basically our school has an online gradebook that runs through the jsp format and about a week ago it stopped loading. (I get a blank screen and it says done at the bottom) Everything else on the internet seems to work as it should. My tech guy says he has tried everything, but now he hasn't been back to look at my computer at all this week. Are there any quick fixes that you can think of?

(he says it isn't a java problem and while I know know nowhere near what he does I can't imagine what else it could be)

Need a little more info.

I assume it's working for everyone else?

Do you know what he has done to attempt to fix it?

The first thing I would do is clear cache, do a ctrl-f5 on the page and try again.
