POL - Rush Limbaugh wants to "Cut and Run"

Welcome to the liberal morass, Rush!

We'll either take care of it in Baghdad for them and we'll clear the place out and leave it up to them, or we'll go back to the borders and we'll make sure nobody is getting in there, and: "You clear out who's there....

Hey, doctor? Each and every time I hear or read something spewed from Rush's mouth I see a huge, flashing "HYPOCRITE" sign in my head. Can you help me out?

I don't know much, but if the sign over his head read "IDIOT", it's fucking broken. "NERD" would be more apt.

Not argument here. Shall we threadjack and start talking about the US Strategic Bombing Survey? I was listening to What If? 2 and was shocked and amazed to find the findings with regard to the fragility of the Japanese transportation network in WWII.

Pretty soon a GOP leader will come up with the idea of a phased withdrawal from Iraq, and according to the conservative pundits it will be the best idea ever praised for its seriousness and forward thinking. Bush will support it, and everyone will talk about what a man of principle Bush is.

if pretty soon the idea of a phased or complete withdrawal from iraq is a good idea i think everyone will praise it.

bush is a man of principle already but it does not necessarily translate into being a good or effective president.

Yeah, it got so bad that the B-26 Marauders were targeting individual rickshaws.

Sachmo: Did you know that Robert Macnamara was writing a lot of the strategic bombing reports? He was primarily responsible for lowering the altitude of bombers in Japan and had a big hand in the switch to incendiary bombing. His WWII work is at least as interesting as his role in Vietnam.

He worked under LeMay, which led to inevitable conflicts when he was his superior as Defense Sec.
