IWS #144 - RESULTS
I guess not too many fans of horror as I didn't get much of a turnout.
1. What is (or was) your favorite candy to get on Halloween? Snickers - 6 Candy Corn - 4 Smarties - 1 Sweet Tarts - 1 Chocolate - 1 Peanut Butter Cups - 1 Snickers was running away with it at first, but then Candy Corn made a run at it. 2. Name a movie by director Takashi Miike. Dead or Alive - 4 Ichi The Killer - 2 Audition - 2 Waru - 2 Taiyo no kizu - 1 Andromedia - 1 Full Metal Yakuza - 1 The Grudge - 1 Translated a few into the english titles (except one which hasn't been released yet and couldn't find the english title for). And whoever said The Grudge is now my least favorite forum member. You know who you are! 3. Name a magazine devoted to Horror. Fangoria - 14 No love for Rue Morgue!? Everyone goes with Fangoria here. 4. Name a Horror video game, or a video game with some horror elements to it. Resident Evil - 7 Dead Rising - 2 Call of Cthulu - 1 Doom - 1 Final Fantasy - 1 Castlevania - 1 Dead or Alive - 1 Resident Evil runs away with it. I thought Doom would get more votes, and thought a few would vote for F.E.A.R. 5. Name a Horror novel released in or after the year 2000. Cell - 6 Dreamcatcher - 3 The Dark Tower - 3 The Infinite - 1 Lisey's Story - 1 World War Z has been getting a lot of attention and thought it would get some votes. As it is, Stephan King dominates this question. 6. What is (or was) your least favorite candy to get on Halloween? Candy Corn - 5 Peanut Chews - 2 Fruit - 2 Peanut Butter Candy - 1 Pixie Sticks - 1 Pennies - 1 Licorice - 1 Tootsie Rolls - 1 Candy Corn, you love it or you hate it. And the standings..... Braving the movie, but having nightmares for weeks are....
And the fearless of this forum...

Woo-hoo! Let me know how you want to split the next one, HB, or whatever you want to do with it.

I was surprised Cell was #1. It was the only book I could think of that was mainstream. *shrug*

Dude! We rock! Woo hoo! You can take the next one. I'm going to be busy for the next week or so with work, house repairs, and a trip upcoming next weekend. So, feel free to "make it so" Butterman!
