Ok: I'm in my third season, and I'm $16 million over the cap. No problem: if I cap out six or seven of my players, I'll be back under the cap. Except the program won't let me do a cap-out: when I submit the capped-out contract, it tells me that I'm over the cap and can't afford to do it, even though the new contract puts me closer to the cap limit than leaving it be. It won't even let me submit contracts that have no signing bonus from players willing to take a paycut. Anyone else having this problem? If I have to make roster cuts, my team will be even worse off next year.

Apologies, I see it mentioned in the bug thread, which wasn't visible to me when I posted.

I've un-stickied a couple of items temporarily that are normally stickied, and are valuable resources.
