Jim - Can I get a deal if I buy both FOF 2007

and College Years?

Since you just released 2007 it could be a good time for a promo

Thanks!

Are you asking any Jim that is on the board?

Yep, you're getting a deal -- they're the two best games of their type out there. Enjoy!

Any Jim that will give me a deal...

I just bought BBCF a few weeks back and I am enjoying it. Because I plan on buying FOF2007 I would also like to play with the college version and import draft classes. It is not a must since I am happy with BBCF (Arlie is now working on the NFL version), but a nice to have.

I think I am a compulsive sport sim collector...atleast that is what my wife tells me since I hardly have any time to play them

If you purchase both I will send Fritz over to read Keats to you while he rubs your feet with peppermint lotion.

There is a third-party utility that will port BBCF classes to FOF. It will be finished after Arlie puts out the final patch, according to the developer.

Just a thought.

(Edit: It isn't my intent to persuade anyone from buying TCY. I enjoy it. I was merely pointing out that Flounder is making that utility. It was pointed out that my title...you know, the one from .400 that I forgot was there...could make it look like I'm trying to keep people from buying Jim's stuff. I own three of Jim's games, and am trying to get my TPF football league moved to FOF2007. I just wanted to set the record straight, before anyone jumps the gun.)

Just a thought.

Clarification noted. I understand. It just looked bad.

(An interesting thought coming from someone with ".400 Software Studios" in the tag line.

Anyhow, rather than letting the competition use this item as a marketing opportunity)

I don't have any coupons for this right now. I lowered the price of TCY a few months ago to reflect that it's an older game. The problem with adding a coupon now is that the new FOF has spurred quite a few people to buy TCY as well at the current price. Offering a coupon now would add a disincentive in the future to purchasing new products when they become available.

I feel that with a product like mine, which is designed to stay on a hard drive a long time, price stability is very important. I don't want to send the message to people who want to buy that they should keep checking in to see if offers are available. That last thing I want is to annoy the people who are most enthusiastic about a new product.

Well said

Being in the software business too I respect your point Jim.

I will buy FOF2007 tonight and make a decision on TCY later on.

At the end of the day I am supporting good developers pooring their hearts into fantastic games...

Thanks Jim.

So a little makeup and some oversized chicken will do?

Well...now that you mention it, Fritz actually is a hottie with large (man) breasts.
