FOF2007: Defensive Personnel Screen

I'm probably looking at this screen wrong, but I don't see my use of defensive formations equalling 100% like the screen says it should. I even use the recommend button and it doesn't appear to add up 1o 100%. Am I missing something?

The three settings in each situation are goal-line, nickel, and dime, and then take the three blitz settings as their own set as well. They don't have to equal 100%. They just can't equal MORE than 100% for each set. In other words, if I set in Pass Defense:

Goal Line =5%
Nickel=30%
Dime=25%

The other 40% of the time, it'll just use a regular defense with no nickel or dime or goal line.

Same thing holds true for blitzing. The "empty" area is where you don't blitz.

really? try setting it to 99% goal line, 99% nickel, and 99% dime. As it stands now, they just can't equal more than 297% for each set.

Heh. I hadn't tried doing that. That would be problematic, now wouldn't it? Now that you mention it, I do recall seeing that on the list. But the point holds, in terms of how it is designed at least.

Agreed. I posted it the bug thread but the post was deleted and it's not on the bug list. Maybe that means it's taken care of, but I thought I might as well point it out again just in case.
