FOF2k7: Auto-save at end season?

Yeah, it's completely my fault, I hit the wrong button when closing the game... But is there an option anywhere to auto-save at the end of the season? I lost 2+ hours and a whole season last night, so frustrating.

It looks like auto save was removed from FOF 2007. Not that I ever used it. In FOF 2004 I preferred to save the game manually at the end of the season, and then save it again to a different file name, in order to keep that season's stats preserved.
