Pro Bowl
I have to admit, I am still surprised by the fact that there is still not a pro bowl selection or game after the season in this game, how come?

Maybe it's proprietary or something?
I like the all pro format better, though I very often disagree with the algorithm's results. |

I'd have to say that the Pro Bowl doesn't really matter. I like the All-Pro selections (they're a lot more selective). I'd also hate for my Franchise QB to get hurt in a meaningless game.

The other thing is that I guarantee you that the guys who were named yesterday to the Pro Bowl are not the same guys who will play in February. There are always guys who can't make it so there are alternates that get in. The question is, who gets the "Pro Bowl" moniker? The guy who was originally voted in, the guy who subbed, or both? I believe both get the tag, which artificially inflates the numbers of Pro Bowlers.

In my latest career, my former 4th round QB has been snubbed from the All-Pro selection in three of the past four seasons despite being -by far- the league's top QB (in yards, TDs, and ratings twice).

I don't care too much about this. Pro bowl selections in real life are a joke. Just the All-Pro selections at year end in FOF is good enough.
A perfect example is that Richard Seymour wasn't even the best D-Lineman on his team this year. It was Ty Warren- he should have been selected. Rep and media coverage means everything. |

dola
but you ask Baby Ty why he's had such a good year and he'll give credit to Wilfork + Seymour, saying they draw attention and tie up multiple blockers so he can go make the plays. |
