Christmas Traditions/Plans

Normally my girlfriend and I go over to her parents house and have Christmas dinner with her family, but we aren't going to be able to make it this year.

So now we have to come up with some last minute Christmas plans of our own. It is just us and our eleventy billion cats, no kids. What are some of the traditions or plans that you are planning or have done throughout the years?
