What is going on with my FOF?
It's happened twice now in the past couple of days. I reformatted my computer less than a week ago and now all of a sudden FOF has decided to keep uninstalling itself, it appears. When I try to go and open the game I get some sort of install screen pop-up. The game is already installed and was used an hour ago! WTF!
Last time, I simply "repaired" the game and it worked fine. I had to reinstall my logos and delete the wretched Greta picture again, but other than that things were peachy. This is a trend that appears to be developing and I'm not happy! Simply restarting the computer had no affect. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix for it? I never had this problem before formatting and am wondering if there's some plug-in or something I am missing (why does it work sometimes though?). |

You need to unlicensed before you format your cpu.

Ahhhhhh, so am I screwed?!?? I can still run the game but I have to keep reinstalling/REPAIRING it everyone once in a while.

Can anyone help me out here, it just did it again! I can play but every 2nd or 3rd time I try to open the application I keep getting the following:

Sounds like a problem with your temp folder. I would clear out your temp folder shown there:
C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Temp |

Stop running Windows ME and upgrade

Ok, I contacted viatech about my problem. It seemed as though when I reformatted my computer that forgetting to unliscence messed me up. They sent me a "patch" which allowed me to reinstall my liscence. However, I am having the exact same problem. Whenever I try and open the application I get the message in the picture above (other post). I am also getting the following message.
![]() This is ridiculous. I paid my money for this game and just want to play it! I'm frustrated and am not trying to whine, but it appears to be a problem beyond what Viatech can do for me. Thanks. VERY excited to continue my season(s).
