E-license Question

I am reformatting my computer later tonight. I do not want to risk wasting a copy of my elicenses. Do I just simply need to back those up and then copy them over when the reformatting is done?

I think you need to write them all down and then unlicense all the games and relicense them once youre back up and running.

Unlicense the game first, then just reinstall, relicense.
