Huge drop, then a fumble by the Cardinals...Deacs need to take advantage and get some points on the board.

One of the radio stations out here has billed itself as the home of every BCS bowl, including the National Championship game.

They're not broadcasting the Orange. Heh.

I'm anti Louisville and anti Cincinnati so the WAC and MWC split the best bowl winning %

Wake is doing everything right so far...except for losing 10-15 yards everytime they run one of their reverses.

I'm pulling for the 'ville tonight, but I have been very impressed with Jim Grobe.

I am hoping that WVU goes after WF's defensive coordinator, as he has worked with Rich Rodriguez before and we need a little (LOT!) of help on the defensive side of the ball before our window (re: Slaton and White graduate) closes.

Even though they don't have USC talent, Wake needs to follow their example from yesterday. If the other team is stuffing your running attack then start airing it out.

That TD was something out of Wake's playbook.

L'ville did a good job at countering Wake's defensive plan by going to shorter routes on that drive.

Hopefully Wake can take some knowledge away from those last two drives and they can continue moving the ball in the second half.

I'm hoping Fox will give us some sort of sign as to who is sponsoring their halftime show. I really wish the would put some bold graphics in the background or something, just to give me some kind of access into who is funding this total blockbuster. oh well, i guess we'll never know.

Man, this game is sloppy. Any time a team gets a drive going they fumble it away.

Anyone else notice that those big jumps the L'ville DE's are getting seems to be taking them out of the play when it comes to stopping the run?

Seems the offenses are getting revved up now in the 4th Q. Maybe the defenses are getting tired... 17-13 Louisville.

Louisville scores again... with the extra point, it'll be 24-13. The offense finally woke up.

Same here. If they win this one, they're hands down the best Cinderella story in football I can recall in quite a while. Still a very good one, but probably one game short of what could have been.

I think if UL wins this, the Big East wins the Conference Bowl Challenge thingy (the conference with the best winning percentage in bowls with a min of 2 bowls for a conference). The BE would be undefeated so far with Cincy coming up in the International Bowl on the 6th.

Good win for the Big East. Wake has nothing to be ashamed of, though. They hung in there most of the way.

That's the rumor. I hope we get him, too. Wake's D played Louisville a lot tougher than we did. Hopefully this was his audition.

well that sucked. The thing that killed us most of all was those three turnovers. Wake has been so good at holding onto the ball while forcing the other guy to cough it up. I believe they were 6th in the country in TO ratio. I am proud of the Deacs. They played well and never gave up. We were up in the 4th quarter. This game certainly gave Wake a little more respect. I can hardly wait until next season, so that we can defend our ACC crown.
