How great !!

First. I've said it 10 times already, but .. thanks Nilodor. Having a blast with your roster/draft sets.

OK, that said. Check this out - After teetering back and forth trying to pick a year; I decided to start with the beginning of the Super Bowl. I took the Redskins, and we smoked the expansion teams & held our own ,until losing Jurgenson, against the other "real" teams and made it to the playoffs - but that's not why I'm posting.

Just had to post this ....

How cool is that ?? What's next .. the Cowboys will lose, and get a rematch with the Pack next year in a bitter cold game in Green Bay ?

I know, as "My" NFL universe shapes up, things will get all jumbled around (hopefully anyway ). But just thought this was real cool.

Well, and "my" universe is up and running ! Things are not the same anymore. KC did beat Buffalo, but Dallas beat GB 38-28. In this file, Staubach is Dallas QB (he entered the roster packs when he was drafted in '64 instead of having to fulfill his military commitment). Makes me wonder what woulda happened in RL if Roger was at the helm in his 3rd year.

Anyway, having fun - thought I'd tell ya what happened. Now to sim the FOF Bowl and enter pre-season, where things will really start to stray from history !

One thing I need to ask, how did you place the picture of Green Bay as your desktop in the game?

Actually, it's the big house (Michigan). To answer your question though. I used a Hex editor. You can find one to download free on the net. I'm not sure what the line number is to change the background - but if you do a search here, you'll find it. Prolly find a link to a H.E. too.

I think the StelmackSoft suite can do what your asking as well. Plus it includes a city editor and a few other utilities.
