Lance Haffner College Football or Basketball

I am looking for a College Basketball or College Football replay game. I am looking for a game that has seasons available that go back as far as possible. Other than the Haffner games does anyone have any ideas.

Check out Roo Games. They have a cool college football game. I always thought Haffner was going to make a windows based game, but he must have fallen off the planet the last 8 years.

Yeah I was also looking for a college basketball replay but for not.

The Roo Games college football game is great but only includes the most recent season. Haffner's game includes great teams of the past but Lance's company seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth. I do have both the college basketball game and football game and for older dos-based games they are pretty good.

I believe Second and Ten's college edition does have a great teams set.

Yeah, but it's a free download.

I concur with others here and recommend the roogames college football sim. I still play Haffner, but he doesn't support the game anymore...

Okay does the Roo Games have the actual schedules built in? Does the game also do the rankings or is that something that has to be done manually? Lastly anything included for Bowl Games or are you on your own there?

I came across this college basketball game in my search but the cost along with the lack of a demo scares me:

It looks like Action PC has college seasons available for their Pro Basketball game as well as for the Pro Football but once again no demo to see how it is. I have played the Roogames pro game before and for a replay i don't like the fact that you have to manually decide wht games players are out or injury. At least that is the way it appears.

Okay i got the college football game to work but it apprears i can only play one conference at a time, is this the case? It also looks like there is no rankings so i would have to do that on my own? I do like what the game offers but i am wondering how to have all of the conferences playing at once.

That is fine if the game is worth it but sight unseen forget it. FB Pro do you have any experience with it?

Anyone have Action PC Basketball or Football. Supposedly you can use college rosters with both of these.

I used to have an older version of the pro game and it was quite cumbersome to use. It had different modules that you had to purchase in order to carry on a league of any sort from what I recall(could be a bit off as it has been a few years since I used it).

Did you have find a college basketball replay. i would love to go back and play some of older college seasons like the early 80s but don't see many options except maybe start-o-matic. Did you ever try the Action basketball game and the college seasons?

No i did not find anything that was automated enough to pique my interest. I think i looked at Action but i could be wrong, not sure if they had enough college hoops season disks.

Yeah, no they don't have much only back two 2001. I might check strat o matic college basketball.
