Using a 3-5-2, with a defender playing midfield...I'd like to suggest this:

Keeper: McGhee
Defender: Xin-Ming
Wingbacks playing defensive: Meldi and Nowak
Wings playing offensive: Green and Fernandez
Mids: Jimeno and Rosenthal
Forwards: Porras and Darden.

For other tips and suggestions, I suggest a number of things.
